VM Digital invests in emerging companies, which are in a very early phase of development (Startups). In addition, VM Digital also invests in well-established companies, which complement the existing portfolio of Vorarlberger Medienhaus and contribute to the long-term growth of the Group.

Forms of investment:

Emerging Companies
The main goal is to financially support the company's first steps of growth. Investments typically range between €100K and €700K. These are usually classed as minority investments.

Established Companies
Through our investment established companies are transformed into market leaders. For stakes between 25-75% we invest somewhere in the range of €500K and €5M.

We are not a typical financial investor but rather a strategic partner.
